Next Day delivery is available on some items at £13.95 this does not inc delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. Cut off time for these orders is 12pm Mon to Friday.
If an order is received on a weekend, or a Bank Holiday it will be dispatched the next working day.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles additional £9.99 surcharge.
Channel Isles additional £16.99 surcharge.
Large items, Mirrors, heavy items, palletised deliveries may incur additional charges which will be displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery usually 5 to 7 days with Fedex, Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on size and destination.
All shipping times stated are from dispatch and will be delivered on a working day (Mondays to Fridays are working days, excluding bank holidays). We do not offer weekend deliveries due to the prohibitive cost and no guarantees made by couriers.
Tracking will be provided once shipped. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you will be able to track your parcel with our selected couriers. You will be able to alter delivery dates & times through text message alerts sent via the couriers.
Please bear in mind that the tracking link will only work when it has reached it's first scan point so if it doesn't work first time please try again later when the parcel will be further along in its journey.
